PROCESS
How it all works
01
Read the Market
We look at competitors, customer reviews, public proof, service positioning, recruitment signals and the wider category the business is competing in.
The goal is to understand how the business is likely to be compared, what the market appears to reward, and where clearer assets could strengthen its position.
02
Understand the business
We look at the service mix, operating reality, customer communication, workforce needs, proof, existing website, documents, systems and future direction.
This gives the work a practical base. The assets created should fit the business that actually exists and the next stage it is trying to reach.
03
Build the context
We organise the useful information into a structured business context: market signals, service priorities, proof gaps, communication needs, recruitment themes and asset opportunities.
This context guides the work so each page, template, document or system is not created in isolation.
04
Create useful assets
We turn the context into practical outputs: website pages, case studies, quote sequences, customer FAQs, recruitment material, onboarding documents, reporting templates, forms, checklists and proof systems.
05
Refine over time
As the business changes, the asset base improves. New proof, services, staff needs and customer questions can be folded back into the system.

ABOUT
Who I am

Hi, I’m James Isaacs.
I came into this work from years spent at the coalface in operational roles where weak messaging and poor market signals have real commercial consequences. This experience left me sceptical of the standard web design process which tends to prioritise surface polish over the actual message that needs to be communicated.
To me, the job is not just to make a business look better. It is to decide how it should be understood, what it needs to prove, and how the site can help it compete more effectively.
Hi, I’m James Isaacs.
I came into this work from years spent at the coalface in operational roles —
quoting work, managing crews, supporting operations, building systems, dealing with workforce pressure and helping businesses present themselves more clearly.
This background shaped Ostix.
I don't see websites, customer communication, recruitment material and internal systems as separate pieces of the business. They are all part of how a service business operates and competes in the market.
Ostix helps growing service businesses move to the next level by turning market evidence, operational knowledge and workforce insight into structured assets the business can use.
BENEFITS
Why choose Ostix
We begin with the market, the business and the evidence — not templates, trends or generic marketing activity.
Research before assets
Ostix can work across market positioning, websites, customer communication, workforce material and light systems depending on what the business most needs next.
Cross-functional support
A useful page, case study, quote sequence, recruitment page, onboarding checklist or proof system is an asset. It can be reused, improved and delegated.
